CANCELLATION: The total amount of the deposit will be retained in the event of cancellation occurring less than 15 days before the presumed date of arrival. If you cancel 3 or less days before your scheduled arrival, the penalty is 100% of the stay booked.
DEPOSIT: All bookings must be accompanied by a deposit equivalent to 50% of the stay or a minimum of one night's stay. This amount is deductible at the end of the agreed stay.
SHORT-TERM STAY: If the stay is interrupted before the scheduled departure date, the number of nights booked will be invoiced by the hotel as compensation.
